Egyptian Standard ES 3495 for “Quick– frozen fish sticks (fish fingers), fish portions and fish fillets – breaded or in batter" specifies the basic requirements and descriptive criteria for partially cooked or uncooked frozen fish products coated with batter and/or breadcrumbs, as well as the methods of inspection and testing thereof.
