This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements and test methods for produced pellets that are derived from forest residues, woody biomass, wood processing residues, recycled wood, herbaceous biomass, fruit biomass, aquatic biomass, agro-industrial residues, faecal sludge and organic waste. This standard does not apply to pellets made from torrefied biomass materials.
