This draft African standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for fish nuggets intended for human consumption. This standard applies to products that require final preparation or reheating prior to consumption and are not intended for further industrial processing.
This standard excludes:
a) fish sticks or fish fingers;
b) ready-to-eat or breaded whole fish or whole fish fillets.

Note: This Draft Tanzania Standard was also notified under TBT Committee.
