Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 837:2024, Avocado oil for cosmetic use — Specification, Second Edition; notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/586, G/TBT/N/KEN/1785, G/TBT/N/RWA/1183, G/TBT/N/TZA/1305 and G/TBT/N/UGA/2139 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 30th June 2026 and published in the EAC Gazette Legal Notice No. EAC/177/2026 on 30th June 2026.
