This addendum concerns the notification of the draft of the Egyptian Standard ES 7595 for "Child care articles - Drinking equipment - Safety requirements and test methods" (67 pages, in Arabic).

It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No.610/2020 which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/40/Add.1 dated 1 April 2021 and the Ministerial Decree No. 246 /2025 which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/40/Add.3 dated 8 October 2025 mandated among others the earlier versions of this standard, and the draft of this standard was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/40/Add.2 dated 19 February 2025.

Worth mentioning is that this standard is technically identical with EN 14350:2020+A1:2023.

Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standards through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
