This Kenya Standard specifies the requirements and methods of test for tea packets and containers.

This standard applies to tea packaging for retail in the form of tea bags, tea packets, instant tea and ready to drink tea containers. The standard does not cover tea sacks, which is covered by KS ISO 9884-1.
