The aim of this addendum is to update WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard, DEAS 874:2022, Processing and handling of prawns or shrimps — Code of practice, Second Edition notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/494, G/TBT/N/KEN/1654, G/TBT/N/RWA/1043, G/TBT/N/TZA/1157 and G/TBT/N/UGA/1994 was adopted by Uganda on 30 September 2025 as a Uganda Standard, US EAS 874:2024 Processing and handling of prawns or shrimps -Code of practice (2nd Edition).
