This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fruit juices, nectars, puree and pulp intended for direct human consumption or for further processing.
This standard also applies to the following fruit juices:
a) concentrated fruit puree;
b) concentrated fruit juices;
c) fruit juice from concentrate;
d) water extracted fruit juice;
e) dehydrated fruit juice; and
f) fruit juice powder.
