1.1 This Tanzania Standard specifies requirements, methods of sampling and test of fruit juices, puree, pulp and nectars intended for direct human consumption or for further processing.
1.2 This standard also applies to the following fruit juices:
a) concentrated fruit puree;
b) concentrated fruit juices;
c) fruit juice from concentrate;
d) water extracted fruit juice;
e) dehydrated fruit juice; and
f) fruit juice powder.
