The aim of this addendum is to update WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard, DEAS 789:2021, Alcohol-based instant hand sanitizer – Specification, 2nd edition notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/143, G/TBT/N/KEN/1130, G/TBT/N/RWA/522, G/TBT/N/TZA/632 and G/TBT/N/UGA/1416 entered into force in Uganda on 1 December 2023.
