This Draft Rwanda Standard covers requirements, sampling and test methods for crushed aggregates for use in surface treatments in the construction, rehabilitation or maintenance of bituminous roads surfacing. Requirements are laid down for sizes, strength, gradation of aggregates and methods of sampling and test. It is applicable to common rocks and minerals suitable for use in the form of crushed stone for surface treatments of roads.
