This draft legislation stipulates that full-fat or skimmed milk in powder or any other form that is intended for use as animal feed may be imported only if it contains an added tracer authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture (Livestock Department), does not contain fat of animal origin other than butterfat and is freely available for purchase in the country of origin.
