Ministerial decree no. 1326/2005 & 1327/2005 for: 1- Ban of importing live birds, their meat and products for three months until clarifying of health status for the highly pathogenic avian influenza. 2- Ban of importing birds feather powder and by-products of poultry slaughterhouses which used in manufacturing of concentrates except consignments of birds feather powder and by-products of poultry slaughterhouses which have a veterinary health approval for import and have been loaded before date of 10/11/2005 from Avian Influenza free countries or zones. In case of prevailing of Avian Influenza in a country in which the said consignment is coming from (according to OIE notices) the consignments will not have the permission to enter the country.
