Ministerial Decree no. 766/2006 for: The following products are excluded from the ban mentioned in Ministerial Decree 38/2006: [the frozen poultry (whole), pasteurized eggs powder, dried eggs, frozen eggs ad processed poultry meat products] under the following conditions: Applying of GOVS conditions for importation of these products. The importation must be from countries free from any contagious and infectious diseases including avian influenza according to the current health status published by the responsible international organizations. Annex including the GOVS conditions for importation of products mentioned above.
