通告描述：

A new model of phytosanitary certificate for export and certificate of re-export shall be issued by the Central Administration of Plant Quarantine for each consignment of plants, plant products and other regulated articles being subject to plant quarantine. The previous models of certificates shall still be valid for a temporary period in parallel with partial implementation of the new models of certificates for evaluation purposes. Both old and new models shall be valid until full implementation of the new models. An addendum to this notification shall be published with the date of full implementation of the new models and ending the use of old models.
