通告描述：
The notified draft Order is issued pursuant to Decree No. 2-10-473. It stipulates that primary products and food products shall be considered in conformity when not containing any food additives other than those listed in the Codex General Standard for Food Additives. Additives permitted in other countries (and which are pending approval at Codex Alimentarius level) may be used in the same conditions as those provided for in the country of origin where they are permitted.The draft Order establishes the marketing requirements for food additives that are not intended for consumer sale, in particular with regard to the labelling of packaging and containers, which must display the specified information in clear, readable and indelible lettering.
