Where required by the importing country's regulations, wood packaging destined for export must carry a specific mark in accordance with ISPM No. 15 and the characteristics described in Annex I to the Order. This mark certifies that the packaging to which it is affixed has undergone a form of treatment in conformity with the technical requirements established in ISPM No. 15.Imported wood packaging, whether new and empty or containing goods, must be marked in accordance with ISPM No. 15.Packing blocks and logs must also be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate stating the following: "Packing blocks and logs treated in accordance with ISPM No. 15".Imports of empty used packaging must be treated in accordance with ISPM No. 15 and accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate and an analysis report from an official laboratory.
