The draft outlines the procedure to be followed when a food business is to be inspected to check for compliance with basic hygienic requirements as well as to verify existence of authentic food manufacturing processes. The document outlines the basic HACCP pre-requisites requirements of food handling businesses. It also outlines the procedure to be followed to obtain a food product sanitary certificate. This is largely an SPS measure.
