Regulations relating to the labelling and advertising of foods: Amendment

The proposed Regulation makes provision for the labelling and advertising of pre-packaged foodstuffs under the control of the Department of Health, in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act 54 of 1972).
