This amendment requires that frozen fish, marine molluscs, and products derived therefrom, for human consumption, which are to be offered for sale, comply with this compulsory specification and the requirements of the South African National Standard (SANS) 585: 2014 that applies to the handling, preparation, processing, packing, transportation, freezing, storage and quality.
