The notified Decree provides for the mandatory fortification with micro-nutrients of the following food:-refined edible oils; and -wheat flour. The micro-nutrients to be used to fortify refined edible oils and milled wheat flour produced and packaged in or imported into Togo are as follows: -vitamin A for refined edible oils; and-an iron-folic acid-zinc compound for flour.
