The draft Egyptian Standard for cream and prepared creams complies with International Codex Standard No. 288/1976 amendment 2010 and supersedes ES No. 154-2/2005 "Natural cream" and ES No.154-4/2005 "Natural whipping cream" that has been already mandated by Ministerial Decree No. 515/2005. This standard specifies the essential requirements and descriptive criteria for cream and prepared cream for direct consumption or other manufacturing processes, which are complied with the item of definitions.
