The draft of Egyptian Standard for milk powder and cream powder complies with International Codex Standard No. 207/1999, amendment 2010 and supersedes ES No. 1648/2005 "dried milk" and ES No. 154 - 3/2005 "milk and milk products" - part 3: dried cream that has been already mandated by Ministerial Decree No. 515/2005. This standard specifies the essential requirements and descriptive criteria for milk powder and cream powder for direct consumption or other manufacturing processes, which are complied with the item of definitions.
