The draft Egyptian Standard for Edible Mixed Oil for Frying specifies the essential requirements for edible mixed oils for frying purposes. The draft Egyptian Standard was drafted based on the following references: - CODEX STAN 19-1969. Adopted 1981. Revisions 1987 and 1999. Amendment 2009 and 2013 "Edible Fats and Oils not covered by Individual Standards". - Bailey's Industrial Oil and Fat Products (Volume 1) Sixth Edition (2005).
