The National Agency for and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) Wine regulations covers the use and limits of food additives in the manufacture of wine. It prescribes the labelling, names of wine to indicate the accurate nature of the wine and the advertisement of such. It contains schedule that gives the classes of wine. It also prescribes the prohibition, penalties and forfeiture to the agency of the violating products and accessories.
