Regulations relating to Maximum Levels of Metals in Foodstuffs

The proposed Regulations make provision for the maximum levels of metals in foodstuffs under the control of the Department of Health, in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act 54 of 1972).
