The purpose of these Rules is to prescribe measures for monitoring and control of fish, fishery and aquaculture products and the inputs used in the aquaculture value chain; and to prescribe procedures for monitoring the substances and groups of residues likely to contaminate fish, fishery and aquaculture products.

0301 - Live fish
0302 - Fish, fresh or chilled (excl. fish fillets and other fish meat of heading 0304)
0304 - Fish fillets and other fish meat, whether or not minced, fresh, chilled or frozen
1504 - Fats and oils and their fractions of fish or marine mammals, whether or not refined (excl. chemically modified)
0305 - Fish, fit for human consumption, dried, salted or in brine; smoked fish, fit for human consumption, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of fish, fit for human consumption
0303 - Frozen fish (excl. fish fillets and other fish meat of heading 0304)
0306 - Crustaceans, fit for human consumption, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine, incl. crustaceans in shell cooked beforehand by steaming or by boiling in water; flours, meals and pellets of crustaceans, fit for human consumption
051191 - Products of fish or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates; dead fish, crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption
0307 - Molluscs, fit for human consumption, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine, incl. aquatic invertebrates (other than crustaceans and molluscs); flours, meals and pellets of aquatic invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption
1518 - Animal or vegetable fats and oils and their fractions, boiled, oxidised, dehydrated, sulphurized, blown, polymerized by heat in vacuum or in inert gas or otherwise chemically modified, inedible mixtures or preparations of animal or vegetable fats or oils or of fractions of different fats or oils, n.e.s.
