This Draft Uganda Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for wheat grains of varieties (cultivars) grown from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), club wheat (T. compactum Host.) and Triticum tauschii (soft wheat) intended for human consumption. Durum wheat (Triticum durum) is excluded from this standard.
