This decision regulates the imported food consignments subject to the provisions of temporary release and organizes the following:

1. Obligations and responsibilities of the importer and the National Food Safety Authority;

2. Procedures of the temporary release;

3. Dealing with violations of the imported food consignments;

4. Suspension or cancellation of the food imports licensing;

5. Reducing the release time of the imported food consignments subject to the provisions of temporary release, in order to facilitate trade.
